Is this pickup-artist stuff?

No, and the method is allergic to it. Zero scripts, zero techniques to run on another person. It coaches what is actually yours: presence, honesty, nerve, reading the moment. Consent is treated as the whole point, not an obstacle in it.

Will it just tell me what I want to hear?

The house rule is straight, never cruel. It commits to one named diagnosis per debrief and shows the receipt from the method, no compliment sandwich. And when your story genuinely does not support a call, it says that too.

Is it OK to record her?

You are responsible for following the recording laws where you are: many places require the other person's consent. The recording is analyzed to coach you, then the audio file is deleted. What stays in your account is the transcript and the verdict. It is processed by the speech and AI providers named in our privacy policy, and it is never published or turned into content.
