01What this covers
These terms are the deal between you and Flirting Lab (“we”) for using this website and joining the waitlist. By using the site, you're agreeing to them.
The Flirting Lab app isn't out yet. When it ships, it will come with its own binding terms. Section 07 previews what they'll cover, so nothing surprises you later.
02The waitlist
- Joining is free and commits you to nothing.
- A spot on the list is not a guarantee of access, of a launch date, or of any particular price. We may open access in waves.
- You can leave at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and our privacy policy explains how to have your email deleted entirely.
- Sign up with your own email address, once. No bots, no bulk signups.
03What's on this site
Everything on this site describes a product that is still being built. Features, plans, prices and screens shown here may change before launch. What ships is defined by the app and its terms, not by this preview.
The site's content is for general information and education. It isn't professional advice of any kind.
04What's ours
The Flirting Lab name, brand, design, text, and the coaching method behind it belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to read, share links, and quote reasonably. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it at scale, or republish its content as your own.
05Ground rules
Don't abuse the site: no attempts to probe, overload or disrupt it, no automated signups, no using the waitlist form to submit other people's email addresses without their permission.
06Straight talk
In the product's own spirit, straight, never cruel:
- The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be either.
- Flirting Lab is coaching, not therapy: educational content about dating and social skills. It is not medical, psychological, legal or professional advice, and it's no substitute for any of those.
- What you do on your dates is yours. Other people are not levels to beat: consent and respect aren't features of the method, they're the point of it.
- To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for this website is limited to what you've paid us to use it, which today is zero.
07When the app launches
None of the below is in effect yet. It previews the terms the app will ship with, so the deal is clear before you're in it.
Eligibility & accounts
The app will be for adults, 18+, signing in with an Apple account. You'll be responsible for what happens under your account.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans will be billed through Apple's App Store, under Apple's payment terms. Cancellation and refunds will follow the App Store's rules. You'll manage both from your Apple account.
Acceptable use
The coach exists to make you sharper, not to help anyone harass, deceive, stalk or pressure another person. Using it that way will end your access. And one legal note worth knowing early: recording other people without their consent can be illegal depending on where you are. The app is built around your side of the story, told after the fact.
Coaching, with limits
Verdicts and advice are AI-generated coaching based on the information you provide. They can be wrong. They're input for your judgment, not a replacement for it.
Ending things
You'll be able to delete your account at any time. We'll be able to suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where the law requires it.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, which is where Flirting Lab is run from today. If you are a consumer, that does not remove the protections you have under the law where you live. When the app ships it comes with its own terms, and this section is revisited then.
09Changes & contact
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to how the waitlist works will be announced by email before they apply to you.
