Start with the moment you get stuck
“Get better with women” is a goal. It is too broad to tell you what to buy. Bring a specific moment to the decision:
- You never walk over. Ask whether the service includes supported practice in a real social setting. A library of videos does not put a coach next to you.
- You start talking, then blank. Look for repeated conversation practice with responses you cannot plan in advance.
- You have conversations but cannot see what to change. Ask for feedback on an actual interaction, with a concrete example of the next adjustment.
- You want someone to keep you accountable. Check whether the package includes recurring check-ins and who follows up when you stop practicing.
These needs can overlap. Before committing to a package, pick the first one you want help with. You can also start with our conversation exercises or feedback example.
Compare the coaching formats
Scroll across the table to see all details.
| Format | What to look for | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Private human coaching | Personal discussion, questions, recurring goals and accountability. | Does the coach observe you, review material you provide, or only hear your summary? |
| In-person bootcamp | A coach present during real-world practice, with feedback between conversations. | How much individual attention is included? What happens after the weekend? |
| AI conversation practice | A responsive practice partner you can try a conversation with repeatedly. | Can you speak out loud? Does the feedback identify something specific? An AI response is not evidence of real-world attraction. |
| AI interaction feedback | Review of the interaction material you supply and a concrete next step. | What input does it need? Can you inspect the evidence? What context is missing? |
These are buying criteria, not a ranking of effectiveness. A human coach may offer several formats. An app may combine practice and feedback. Judge the specific service you would receive.

Flirting Lab publishes this guide and is building a product in this category. Provider descriptions above are their advertised offers, not independently verified outcomes. We do not claim that our app delivers the same results as a human coach.
Before you pay, ask for the actual coaching
Use these questions in a consultation or when evaluating an app:
- “Show me a sample correction.” Can you see what happened, why the feedback follows, and what the person should try next?
- “What will you see?” A coach watching in person, a transcript, audio and your recollection each provide different evidence.
- “What happens between sessions?” Get the practice schedule, support channel and expected response times in writing.
- “What does the full commitment cost?” Include recurring charges, travel, accommodation and optional extras when relevant.
- “What happens if it is a poor fit?” Read cancellation and refund terms before payment. Check how personal material is handled.
Nick Notas also discusses fee transparency, tailored coaching and unrealistic promises in his guide to hiring a dating coach. That is advice from a provider selling coaching, not an independent certification.
Where Flirting Lab fits
We are building around two parts of the coaching process: practicing an approach with an AI conversation partner and getting feedback on a recorded real-world interaction. One lets you rehearse before going out. The other gives you material to review afterward.
An AI practice partner cannot tell you how a particular woman will respond. Feedback on a recording cannot recover everything that happened outside it or know her private thoughts. If you need someone beside you in a venue, Flirting Lab does not provide that human presence.
